Question
Hi Katie,

In My category I get asked a number of duplicate questions.
Is there a way to set up a FAQ page with answers to questions
that the viewers can read in our category to help the experts from answering the same questions over and over?

Thanks,

Van

Answer
Great question. Thank you.

Not yet. We began work on a Wiki/FAQ feature for each category earlier this year, but due to unexpected changes at About.com, that project and another, guru blogs, were put on hold. We still hope to add those features before the end of next year.

I should warn you, though, that having a FAQ does not prevent repeat questions. I've put links to the FAQs for AllExperts (http://allexperts.com/central/expertfaq.htm) all over the site, yet every week I get questions from volunteers who have obviously not bothered to read through them.

BTW, it is perfectly acceptable to respond to a question with a link to one of your previous answers that has been published in the archive. There is no need to type out the same answer all over again.
