I'm getting 3-4 duplications of questions.  Would this be a site problem, the questioner hitting the button too many times, some unknown in cyberspace?

We apologize for the duplicate questions.

This happens when questioners hit the back button then re-submit the form, or when they continuously reload the confirmation page. We are unsure why they do this as we tell them both in the interface and in a confirmation email that their question has been received.

In any case, we are now testing a fix to prevent these duplicates which we plan to roll out this month.

You may already be aware of this, but clicking the "This is a duplicate question" option on the "Answer Question" page to remove these questions from your pending queue does not affect your rating or your prestige points.
