Katie,
I am an expert in MS Excel.  It is often difficult to understand a question or provide a good answer using only text.  Would it be possible to provide an interface where files can be uploaded/downloaded?  If a file upload isn't possible, then can we have an interface where we can format the text of the answer?

We do not have enough space on our servers yet to store  all the files, but we are working on it.

I am not sure what you mean by "an interface where we can format the text of the answer". Do you mean include Excel tables in your answers?
