One comment about the Guru program. Why limit it to only categories with 10 or more Experts? I look at the Guru program as one that allows peer review of the other experts answers and ensures quality responses. But if it is limited to categories with 10 or more, many categories will not have representation. I would ask you to review this before implimentation. Thanks.

Thanks for the feedback!

I've added your concern to the list of variables that we will be observing closely during the 3-month pilot program. We fully expect that we will need to adjust functionality and policy based on the feedback we receive in the next 3 months.

If we decide to officially launch the Guru Program in January 2007, we will definitely review the 10 volunteer rule before implementation.
