In the past few weeks, 14 of my last 16 responses have not been read; can you confirm they are being delivered?

Answer
You can resend unread answers to questioners. Click the question subject in your "Recently Answered Questions" list, then choose the "Post a Follow up to this Answer" option. Click preview then send and the questioner will receive another "Your Answer is Ready" e-mail.

Half of the 14 unready answers you mentioned where those you responded to using the auto-rejection options. Such questions will never be read because there is no answer to read. To avoid confusion, I deleted those questions from your list.

I then used the procedure described above to resend the remaining unread answers to the questioners.
