Question
I have been talking to one of your experts about a problem.  He asked me a question, I replied and the system told me he is maxed out.  I need to answer his question in order for him to help me further, how do I do that if the system won't let me?

Answer
Sorry to tell you this, but "Maxed Out" means you will have to wait till tomorrow to send Bill your follow-up.

Volunteers set a maximum number of questions that they can answer per day based on the amount of free time they have. If a volunteer reaches this question limit, i.e., they are "Maxed Out", that's probably because they really don't have the time/energy to respond to your inquiry today.

This happens often with our most popular experts. But no worries, though - you'll have a chance to contact Bill about your boiler tomorrow: every volunteer that's reached their question limit today, becomes available again at 1 AM GMT tomorrow.
