QuestionHello again, Katie!
Thanks!
Ah, I think I understood now.
Could it be that you changed the system and introduced the
"Instructions to Users" recently and I missed that fact?
That would explain why it first was displayed in the ask a question form and then not.
Yes, that sentence read there now is even better than the one I originally had =).
Waiting for yout re-reply and thanks again!
All the best!
Bye!
Joerg

-----Question-----
Hello Katie!
I have a problem. Because you removed the profile display at "Ask a question" form, many ICQ users ask me questions like "how can I get my password back?" or "delete my accoungt please" or "reset my password" or "when is ICQ 6 out?
(

This is giving me troubles.
Please fix this problem and stop making good things worse!
Thank you!
All the best!
Bye!

I've updated your "Instructions to Users" section (This section appears in the "Ask a Question" form) to reflect that portion of your ICQ profile.
If you'd like to add more instructions for questioners, you can update that section by logging in and clicking on the "Edit Profile" link on your Expert Home Page.
Let me know if that does the trick.
Thanks for Volunteering,
Katie

AnswerTo my knowledge, the "Instructions to Users" section has always been available and has always been displayed on the "Ask a Question" page.
The only thing that's changed is that we no longer display your Expertise in the "Ask a Question" page since users have already read your profile once they get to that page.
Thanks,
Katie
