Question
If we answer pool questions, are the users going to be allowed to rate the expert?  This is unfair because the expert may answer pool questions only once per month and the user is going to give them bad ratings, especially for timelyness.  The expert may also know only part of an answer and after a question has gotten old, wants to give the user some info, even if it is not a total answer.

Answer
The questioner can rate the expert who answers a question from the question pool on everything EXCEPT timeliness.

If you do not know the entire answer, please let someone else in the category respond.

Hope this helps and
thanks for volunteering,
Katie
