Hi Katie:

What do I do about a questioner who gave me very good comments...then rated me with 4s and 5s?  I think they just plain misread the directions, and meant to post 8s and 10s.  

Now what?  Can you send the questioner a note and ask them about it?

You can contact questioners through the interface. Click on one of their questions in your Recently Answered Questions list. In the page that comes up, choose the "Post a Follow-up" option in the gray box.

Please ask the questioner to send an email to experts@about.com that includes the rating he meant to enter, and I will update it.
