Question hi, i received a question that i wanted to answer, but because of lack of information from the questioner, i had to reject it. however, i explained that i needed more info and listed a few details i needed to know. now my question to you is: when the person gets the rejection :( are they able to send me the info so i can answer them accurately? and if they can, is it easy for them to attach a digital photo?

Answer Yes. It should be easy for then to send you another question (they can do it the same way they sent the first) so long as you are not maxed out for the day. If that is the case, they will not be able to ask you a more detailed question until tomorrow.
The image attachment feature was not enabled in your category. I just enabled it now, so then can attach a digital photo to their next question.
