Hi Katie,

I note your earlier answer to a question regarding unread answers.  I appear to have a large number of unread answers.  Is it possible to send a reminder after three days, in the same way that we get a reminder if we do not answer questions.  Likewise if there is a problem with typos in the addresses (the number of errors is statistically significant), is it possible to ask people to enter it twice to reduce the number of typos.

I re-sent the 5 most recent unread questions in your list to the questioners.

I added your request for 3-day automated reminders to our to-do list for future releases.  

We don't plan to ask questioners to enter their e-mail address twice for the same reason we don't prompt our volunteers to log in every time they answer a question.
