Wow - that is really great - that AllExperts protects the questioners. I can't imagine being rude to them. They're just people looking to get some help.  That's what we are supposed to be here for - unbiased, non-judgemental help.  

I'd never break the anonymity of these people either - they trust us. We are supposed to be experts - and polite ones at that.  I am very proud to say I am a part of this, and it gives me a sense of accomplishment, knowing I am able and willing to be allowed to do so.

Well said. I have not been with allexperts very long but would NEVER call a questioner an idiot because they did not know something and were polite enough to ask the question to find something out.

I too feel very proud to be able to help others.
