Follow-Ups to Answer from Expert Katie

I would like to add to the problem with Alex...he is posing foolish questions and when you do not answer to his simple minded way, he dissing you with bad ratings, etc.  My area of interest is pretty specific yet he asks profound questions  like,"...which way should a police spotlight be pointed?"  Surely there is a way to prevent him from posting (It is nearly a daily occurence).
