In the Pilot Billy says he worked for Souter, then for Steptoe.
Then he says Georgia works at Goodwin.

Do you know this Judge or firm? Are they famous in USA?

I'm not sure if they're famous or not but:

*Procter Goodwin (commonly referred to as Goodwin) is one of the biggest law firms in the US, and has a Boston office.
*US Supreme Court Justice David Souter worked briefly on the US Court of appeals in Boston, although that had to have been around 1990
*There's also a large law firm called Steptoe & Johnson, although I don't see any strong links to Boston ...
