QUESTION: I'd like to know in which season (and which episode) the "Dulcinea" duet between Ally & her dad (James Naughton) was featured. I didn't watch all of the Ally McBeal shows, but I did see & hear this gorgeous duet, and am looking to buy that season's worth on DVD. Thanks for your help.

ANSWER: Hi Tess,

Ally and her dad sang "Dulcinea" at the end of the 3rd season episode "Troubled Water".  They also sang it during the 4th season episode "The Wedding".  Unfortunately I'm not sure which episode you remember.

In both cases the song is played at the piano.  The best I can offer is a summary of the two episodes; perhaps something will ring a bell.
