Question
hey, thank you for taking time out of your buasy schedule to look at my question..

I am a high school debater and our resolution for this year is "the united states should substantially increase alternative energy incentives in the united states". often we come accross many cases and controversies about solar powered satellites. these specific satellites on not on earth, but are in space. what i have been researching and cannot find, is whether or not solar power satellites use water in any way. the only way i can think of that they may use water is when they are cleaned, but i cannot find any evidence that states this. would you know anything about this subject?

Your question is beyond my scope of knowledge, my best guess would be to ask NASA directly.  Here is an ask nasa form link below.  They should respond in 10-15 business days.

Good luck,
Marshall
