Alternative Energy (Solar/Wind) - The element Mercury

Expert: Marshall Scott - 11/1/2009

Question
Hi Marshall. Can Mercury (Hg) be compressed? Beyond the scales of specific gravity and density, is there a point where you cannot compress or squeeze Mercury any tighter?

Thanks,
Bob

Answer
Hello Bob,
I am not sure how you drew a line between the properties of Mercury and Alternative Energy (Solar) but my suggestion is the try the experts available in the science portions of Allexperts, probably Chemistry or Physics.  My expertise in how to use solar and install it.

Good Luck,
Marsh
