I am also in North Carolina, and this is one of the best places in the country to find a wide variety of modular home manufacturers and builders with experience erecting them. I would suggest that you go online and request information from the following companies, which have excellent reputations: Nationwide Homes, Palm Harbor Homes, HandCrafted Homes, Mod-U-Kraft, Cardinal Homes & R-Anell Homes. Most of these companies have model homes you can tour, and HandCrafted even gives regular tours of their plant to potential customers on weekends. Hope this helps!
