Alternative Medicine/HGH?

Question
Eric,My hero ;-) Sly Stallone reccommends older guys like myself(50) should take this.
I would never have considerd it before, but in the last couple years although I am very healthy-no booze,drugs,smokes-and I workout five times a week,I wish I had more get up and go.
Also, just cant lose the roll of belly flab even after starving myself on low carb diets and running for miles.
Sure-I'm just getting old.
But-this HGH stuff has gotten cheaper and more available.A sub lingual spray is inly $25.
What do you think-give it a shot?
Or,maybe just a shot before I play hockey or soccer?

Answer
Hu Bud,
there is no miracle substance that will put muscle and get rid of flab. There is no substitute for physical activity to improve your shape and your health.
I am 52 and lost 22 pounds by using an elliptical trainer and a treadmill. My cardio has improved, my cholesterol and blood pressure are down and I beat adult onset diabetes. No pill or substance out of a bottle can make those claims.
Thank you for using Allexperts
Sincerely,
