Alternative Medicine/herb interactions

Question
I've been taking grape seed extract(OPC) for antioxidant care, and I bought ginkgo boliba capsules yesterday as I knew from healthstore that it can change the condition of always"cold hands and feet". but then I knew from some files that ginkgo has blood-thinning properties and grape seed has some interactions with "blood thinning medications". Is that true? if it is, should I stop one supplement between the two?

thank you.

Answer
I understand your questions but I don't think there is a problem for you.  I would continue the two Also try some capsicum Cayeen pepper for warming the body.  You can take in capsule or sprinkle in water or food  . the interactions mostly refer to drugs and herbs.  Yes we have to be careful with the two, but usually they're basing it on large quantities of herbs. And drugs and herbs should not be taken together.  but we have to think of herbs mostly as a food substance which can have medicinal qualities. Jayne
