Question Is there any way to help relive menstrual cramps you know of? Or prevent them. Sometimes I wake up with my period and the cramps have already begun (have woken me up) and it can take a while for pain medication to kick in, and sometimes I don't have it with me, like if I'm at school. If there are any suggestions as to how to try and prevent or relieve them, it'd be greatly appreciated! Thanks for your time :)
Answer Hello Danielle,
Yes, there are several herbals you can try.
Often this can be a mineral issues so long term taking Mineral Chi Tonic on a daily basis can not only help with energy and stress but can help with cramps.
I also have a formual specifically for cramping on my web sight call Cramp Relief and I find many do very well on this formual.
Magnesium is the mineral for PMS issues of all kinds and is a great relaxer so I suggest Magnesium complex.
Depending on your age and other health issues there are other herbal you can consider but these are often of greatest benefit.
