Question
Chakra healing--what am I supposed to feel when I go through a chakra healing session?

Answer
Hello Dina,

Thank you for your question. Let me start by saying that the experiences of each individual is varied and vast. It is very difficult to say what one "should" feel when experiencing any type of healing to include Chakra healing. Experiences can range from feelings of physical release, warmth in the area being treated, clarity of thought, to just a feeling of somehow being different. Experiences can also have a sense of having separated from old patterns as they become obsolete in your growth. There can be a sense of expansion. There can be smells, images, tastes and even memories. All of these are valid and have great importance and significance in your process. The most important of these is paying attention to how you respond and in doing so taking note of any patterns when you engage in Chakra healing. As you repeat your Chakra healing work, patterns that are your signet will most certainly emerge. I hope this has been of benefit. Should you have additional questions, please let me know. I do wish you all the best.
