Question
I had chronic dry eyes.  I went to the eye doctor he prescribed Restasis eye drops to produce tears.  However, I was so dizzy  (one of the side effects) from the Restasis that I stopped using it.  I asked my pharmacist could she recommend anything to cure my dry eyes and she told me about Omega-3. I started to use Omega-3 one capsule three times a day and it is really helping a lot.  In addition I am using a nighttime ointment when I go to sleep until the Omega-3 really cures me.  But my question is Omega-3 the only supplement I can take to cure dry eyes and can you recommend anything for me to use at night when I go to sleep.
