Question
Hello. I am in my thirties and still dealing with acne. I had this under control with birth control pills but since I went off of them, it has flared again. They are cystic like and appear mostly on my forehead. I use tea tree oil but it doesn't seem to help. Any suggestions?
Look into auyvedic medicine. I believe you would beneefit from those therapies. I have heard clove oil is good for this type of acne and tea tree oil. I would stay off pastas and diary. I would try a cleanse. there is alot of products out there on cleansing. Start with a colon cleanse. go to the health food store and check one out. Thats a start Good Luck Jayne
