I'm 43 and had my last depo shot on 11-08-07. I was only on depo for 15 months. Since my last shot I have not yet started my cycle. Prior to Depo I was every 28 day normal. I have had 4 normal pregnancies with 2 sets of twins on my own no drugs. I just started taking Vitex and am wondering if this will help in leveling my hormones and starting my cycle? The dose is 80 mg 3 caplets per day. I am in a new 2 year relationship and we want want to get pregnant one last time any advise would be greatly appreciated.

I would combine with black cohosh.  Wouldn't hurt and if you are low in estrogen it would help. Make sure you get good quality herbs.  From a good source not a drug store. Take also fish oils for hormone production.  I am ignorant when it comes to drugs so sorry I don't know what depo is. I only take herbs for my medications.  Jayne
