Alternative Medicine/menstruation

Question
I'm 33 years old and have had 5 kids. The youngest is 23 months old. I've always been pretty regular. The last two cycles have only been 27 and 25 days. Usually they're 28 days. I started the same time I started fevering because of the flu and strep throat. It's been 12 days now and I'm still spotting. Usually I'll have good flow the first 2 or 3 days, then spotting for another 4-5 days (7 days). I fevered for 7 days and am wondering if the sickness impacted my hormones in some way. I'd like to stop spotting. What could I do?

Answer
You may want to check with your doctor as to if the illness can affect your cycle but I have seen this happen before with clients.

I would do a couple of things. I would use Red Raspberry and Yarrow to stop the bleeding and then get on a product called Menstrual reg for a few months to get the cycle back regular.
