Hi Eric
I asked you about HGH a few weeks back.
I followed your advice and got myself a treadmill,and since then have lost an inch off my belly and five pounds.
Question: I try to run every morning before I leave for work.I find it energises me for most of the day.
Around about 2:30 pm though I start to crash.
Other than eating sweets or drinking coffee,is there something I can take to keep my energy level consistant all day?

Hi Bud,
A word of advice about running. Run only eery other day. Your body and muscles need a recovery period. Make sure you are adequately hydrated. A multiple vitamin per day will help. Get adeuate sleep.
