QUESTION: i dont know where to start but ill try. ok my hands are trembling when its at rest, also my thighs when im just sitting and some of my body parts. im guilty of washing my hands and taking a bath even if my body is tired. what alternative medicine or exercise do i need to stop this coz its getting worst and worst

QUESTION: no, im actively working. just my trembling that is affecting my lifestyle, oh and i forgot to tell u that whenever im angry or lets say when im fighting someone my whole body is trembling

Hi Srephen,
You may have what is known as essential temor. You need to see a doctor to rule out Parkinson's Disease or Chorea.
You may need a prescription medication to calm this shaking.
