Question
Hello,
I am a yoga teacher.  I currently teach 9 yoga classes and 2 dance classes per week.  I am 41 years old.  Lately my neck has been cracking, and my trapezious muscles ache and become very stiff and hard.  I am wondering if I am doing too much yoga?? Would you suggest a chiropractor ???
Thank you so much........

Answer
The answer, you know for yourself already! What would you suggest your costumers if they asked you this question?
It is not from to much yoga, but the wrong way! Warm up proper takes time, also for you, and grounding yourself is also important for you!
Balancing yourself, all the time, and listening to your body!
If you don't know what to do, well than, maybe your chiropractor knows what is good for you!? But, think, what can you do for yourself? Rest? A few exercises good for the spine? Reducing stress? Listen too your higher self!
Good luck!

Eric
PS, every disorder is a call from your body to yourself!

Expertise

Eric is an expert on Sound Therapy and Reiki. Eric is also a photographer and musician. Sound Therapy is a form of alternative medicine: a natural way to remove energy blockages in your body, to open your natural gateways, for the free flow of universal life-force energy, to promote a better self healing and a better energy balancing in your body and your aura. To do this, Eric makes use of the secret power of Tibetan Singing Bowls and bells.

Experience

Eric is a Reiki Master Teacher and Sound Therapist. Reiki and Sound is his love and interest. He always played music like any professional musician until he was attuned to Reiki. That attunement changed his perception and understanding of music, or rather of sound. He began to question what is Music, and what is Sound. In this questioning, a whole new universe opened up to him.
