Question
lucosamine and  MSM.I have degenerative disc in my cervical and lumbar area plus I have arthritis in those areas.
My knees also bother me a lot (tilted Petilla).
I have been given tons of differents kinds of anti-
inflammartory type medicines but none seem to agree with me.
What I would like to do is try something like Glucosamine & MSN.
I've been doing some reading it it says that they wrok pretty good.If I do take them do I also need to get one
with Chondroitin in it.
I have a lot of discomfort so for now I am using Ultram
and Flexerill at night to sleep.
Thanks for your help

Answer
Sorry do not recommend products since they do not clear the real problems and would need all lab tests and an exam to determine cause and therefore the products that may be helpful.
