Question
Hi,

My son is 14 and I would like him getting the bennefits of fish oil.  The problem is that because of anxiety he do not take pills, and the liquid fish oil do not taste great.  Sometime ago I started giving him some kind of "pudding" that contained a large amount of fish oil (I bought it a the Vitamin Center).   Are those kind of products good? Which supplements would you recommend for a child of his age? (without overdoing)

Another question.  What is the main difference among NAtural medicine and the tradditional one?  Could Natural medicine heal things like cancer (all of them) and rare illnesses?

Thank you

Answer
There are several flavored products but all contain questionable ingredients.
At 14 years of age he should be able to take any fish oil in orange juice or flavored yogurt smoothie or v-8 tomato juice
