Alternative Medicine/overall health, from head to toe

QuestionGreetings, Jayne. My name is Matthew, I am 22 years old (nearly 23 if you count the time of conception!) and I have a few question regarding several areas of my body and how to care for them in a natural way, preferably with herbs, meditation, and movements.
I have a psoriasis rash on my head, giving my constant dandruff and sometimes flaky scabbing. A conventional western doctor gave me prescriptions for shampoos, but the contain preservatives I don't care to be putting on or in my body. What can help with this? I've heard of olive oil and honey, put onto the scalp for about half an hour, with a warm towel wrapped around.. I've also heard of vinegar treatments..
My bloodtype is AB negative, if that has any impact.
Also, my eyes have not been clear and bright for a couple of years, except from time to time. Albeit, I have recently quit smoking, and am succeeding at positioning myself into a better sleep schedule, what has an effect on the eyes?
Is there an herbal treatment for it?
Thirdly, I have had allergies for the majority of my life. I have recently come to understand that the health of the liver has effect on allergy symptoms, and have decided to do a liver cleanse. What are your thoughts on this connection? I will give you the results following the cleanse.
I've also had a strange sensation near the top of my head, directly above my neck (on top of the crown). With some research, possibilities I've conjectured could be a parasitic infestation. Thoughts?
In terms of vitamins, I recently began researching Vitamin Code, a new vitamin that uses a method that is most similar to that found in nature. What say you of these vitamins? I know most conventionally grown produce these days does not pack the vitamin& enzyme punch that it used years ago.
And how much sodium is proper to retain hydration? Are salt pills a good idea?
I have tried to cut out as much processed foods as possible, as well as sticking to a more organic diet with fiberous foods and less meat. I try to limit soy to being fermented, although sometimes it is in the form of soy lecithin or soybean oil.
Thank you--and yes, there is much more I seek answers to; it's just, some of these conventional doctors cannot be trusted, as they always want to write a prescription for some antibiotic or altered-chemical pill that isn't safe for human consumption.
Again, thank you. I look forward to your reply
AnswerThat is alot of questoins but I'll try to address them I tell everyone to do a liver cleanse once a year and a parasite cleanse once a year. That may help right there The vinegr rinses ar good and the olive oil and honey sounds good too Whatever you try give it some time. I've never heard of vitamin code.
