Question
To Whom It May Concern:

I've  recently visited my home in the States and brought back with me with me a load of vitamins and non prescription meds, but now, I'm looking at them and I'm wondering which ones to take, how , and when, and I'm afraid some are not compatible with others and so forth.  Could you please straighten me out?

Yours faithfully,

Nina

P.S. here is the list  of what I have:

5-htp
melatonin
coral calcium
flax seed capsules
Centrum silver
vitamin b12 liquid to be under tongue
relacore
ester-C
echinacea

and for colds:
airborne
z-cam

Answer
Hi Nina,
Use the 5-htp and melatonin when you can not sleep. Use the echinacea at the first sign of a cold.
Airborne has no been proven to be effective for the claims its marketers make, and I do not have much faith in diet schemes such as Relacore. Diet and excercise are the way to go if you need to lose weight. I do not know what Z-cam is. The other supplements are fine to take as recomended. There are no adverse interactions.
Thank you for using Allexperts
