Dear Expert,

I suffer from carpal tunnel syndrome, so my question is simple:

Is there any way to eliminate the syndrome?

In my situation the syndrome appears because of rapidly Mouse usage. I am not suffer from other diseases which my affect carpal tunnel, and my weight is in normal range.

Hi - we have seen clients get help with adding the nutrients EPA (fish oil) and lecithin which seems to lubricate the joints and nerves.   B-complex is also very important as well as a healthy balanced nutritional program and a healthy protein.  I recommend Shaklee products (but not sure you could get them in your country because of the peer reviewed studies, the purity and quality of the ingredients and they work)
