Hello,
Just wanted to know if you know anything about spring valley vitamins and how effective they are?  I buy them at Walmart, so I'm wondering about the quality of them.

Hi - I have to be honest with you - I used to use Walmarts and other vitamins like theirs.   I have switched myself and my family to Shaklee.   The quality of the supplements like Walmart are often made very cheap with artificial fillers and non-quality ingredients.  It is true you get what you pay for.   I depend on Shaklee because of the peer reviewed studies and the integrity of the company and the ingredients.  I recommend you check out for yourself - watch the videos, read some of the information and decide for yourself if you would like to make this investment in your health and well-being.  The website is integrativewellness.myshaklee.com
