Question
Hi Jane, I am not ovulating (since stopping birth control). I took Provera once and got a period then had one the next month but now (count day 31) nothing the second month. Is there anything you can reccomend? Someone told me to use progesterone cream for a few months (days 14-28) to get my cyle on track. Do you know if this will help? Any info would be great!

Give it a few months  I think it is good idea to try. So many things could be a factor Could you see aholistic acupunturist or a nutritionist that would help.  Take fish oils as they help also Make sure you take B complex and calium magnesium Dong quia balances the hormones too.  Jayne
