can i mix 5htp,guggul,estrotone(evening primrose,schizandra,ginger,black cohosh,chaste tree),valerian

Thanks for your question. There is always the possibility of interactions between many herbs, drugs, and supplements, especially when taken in excessive dosages. The combination of herbs and supplements you are taking does not seem likely to interact if taken in recommended dosages, but do be alert to any adverse reactions.
