Question
Hello Ma'am, i am Gina Flores and a mother of 5yr old boy whom recently diagnosed with allergic rhinitis, manifested with cough and runny nose. He was given anti-histamine over the counter meds, i did some research in the net about Oregano plant, which luckily we have in our yard, i am tired of letting my kid to take over the counter meds anymore because he use to take antibiotics from time to time everytime he have infection (last was Oct 08, then was again repeated this Feb 09). I want to try using Oregano but i don't know how to do it right. Should i use pure juice extract from the leaves and how many times should i do this.
Thank you so much in advance and i am looking forward to your reply, i am worried with this allergy and this make me sleepless.

Answer
First of all it is oregano oil that you want and it is hard to extract that from your plants.  Have you checked for food allergies. perferably milk products.  I would do that as well.  My sinus tea is very good for sinus congestion.  Unfortunatly my web site won't be up until May.  naturalcomfortteas.com.  Check with that later.  It has thyme fenugreek in it and that moves mucus.  Jayne
