Question
I am 31 years old who has suffered from my stomach for quite some time now.  I had colonoscopy’s done and nothing comes up.  I noticed that certain food irritate my stomach.  I also have loose stool and sometimes no control of my bowel movements.  I do get the pain in my stomach and that notifies me that I need to get to a bathroom right away.  I also suffer from chronic burping (gas) and nausea.  It has become more frequent and severe this past year.  I have tried everything I can honestly say when I do eat healthy and watch what I eat the issue does get better.  Please any advice you can provide will be helpful.

Answer
You may not have enough enzymes Take enzymes with your meals and stay off the foods you know hurt you.  I would also look into apple cider vinegar raw with water and honey before your meals Just a few sips and sip throughout the day.  You can do a search on this and see if that if something you want to try.You definetly have food allergies .  Also look into acidophilus for your healthy bacteria.  Called probiotics.  Jayne
