Question
hi i have bought a supplement for body odour it contains grapeseeds grape skins grapefruit seeds and odour less garlic. it says take one tablet daily and once odour has gone and bacteria has subsided take one every other day 400mg. is this safe to take and does it or will it cause any allergic reactions or any side effects. is ok with other medication and alcohol and can i take for a long time please advise. i have also found another product that contains galcium aperine better known as cleavers milk thistle silica d6 calcium sulphate d6 and mag phos it says dissolve two tablets in your mouth 3 times a day. this is also for body odour and excessive sweating which i have hyperhydrosis. is this safe etc if they are which one is the safest and best to take. thanks for your help.

I would check with your pharmacist on the grapeseed as there are many medications you may not be able to take with this.

Odorless garlic does not do anything for the immune system only the circulatory system.  I only use high quality brands so I don't know anything about this brand.  Garlic is garlic. You can eat a whole garlic clove unless you are on blood thinners. I think odorless garlic is useless except if you are using it for circualtor issues.  Does not help or aid the immune system.
Milk thistle does support he liver.  I suggest a time release but you must get the colon moving first and sweetend the gut.
These are all plants which don't taste good so they are put in a tablet, liquid or capsule. If you are on and medications that prevent you from taking any of these then do not use them.  

I don't know what brands these are but I am very pick about the quality of herbals I take.

These are foods, if you look at them this way it will help you to understand these are not drugs.
