Alternative Medicine - Reading and info resources

Expert: Stephen Cooper - 5/28/2009

Question
Hello,
First of all, thank you for making yourself available for questions.  I enjoy reading about alternative medicine and alternative health practices of this sort but I guess, being new to finding things on the internet, I have difficulty finding resources for reading about alternative health practices.  Can you direct me to a few websites that you would suggest for learning more and/or keeping up with the latest information?  I'd love to read more about it all.

Answer
Dear Richard

My area of expertise is the Alexander Technique. My own two sites, at www.hatso.com and www.alexcentre.com , contain plenty of information about the Technique. Also UK based, the website of the (UK) Society of Teachers of the Alexander Technique is very helpful - www.stat.org.uk - and the affiliated association in the US (North American Society for the Alexander Technique) has a good site at www.alexandertech.org . Worldwide, www.alexandertechnique.com is fairly comprehensive. For books via the UK you can look at my own books site at www.alexanderbooks.co.uk or my friend Jean Fischer's site at www.mouritz.co.uk.

With regards
Stephen Cooper
