Can you suggest the best/safest over-the-counter remedy for ear wax build up or a good one to buy from a natural food store?

Hi Leah,
Ear wax can be softened for ease of removal with a few drops of minerla oil or olive oil in the ear over a few nights. Also Gydrogen peroxid drops can help remove the ear wax. I have used both methods successfully personally.
