Question my father is today 81 years old and is being told that his kidneys are nowdadays not functioning as they used to......I think that this is something somewhat normal for his age......does a herbal remedy exist that can assist his kidneys to function better?
Answer Hi Paul,
Kidney damage is not reversible. Does your father take any medications for other conditions? You can protect the kidney from further damage by avoiding medications such as ibuprofen and naproxen. Some medications used to control high blood pressue are also protective against further kidney damage.
