Answer
Hello Henry,

I like Hawthorn Berries to strengthen the heart and high amounts of Co Q 10. I would take Co Q 10 75 2 x a a day to strenghten the heart muscle. I would also take a a combination called,Cardio Assurance found on my web site to help with circurlation and strenghtne the heart.
Others know to strenghten are
Olive leaf, L-Carnitinie and if you are stressed Nervous Fatigue Formula.

You can find all of these on my web site at cost.
