Question hi..i just want to ask you something about moringa oleifera or horseradish... is it sensitive to intense heat like in ovens? i really need to know because we are doing a research about it...hope you can help...thanks a lot.
Answer Hello,
It's not really an area we address in learning about herbs for therapy purposes, so I am making a guess here. Most herbs do have a decreased effect with heat, but it's difficult to say how much. It depends on what you are looking for in your research; some components are more susceptible to heat that others. I would suggest contacting a supplement company that sells it... they might be able to give you more specifics on the production end. Good luck
