A friend shared with me today that according to her Naturopath, her aching joints and general fatigue has been due to the presence of yeast and parasites in her body.  He determined that by the use of a German made machine that analyzes the body for the presence of yeast or viruses.  Have you heard of such a thing and if so, what do you think of its validity.  I do not have insurance so I would like to be proactive and take some measures of my own to cleanse my body of yeast or parasites.  Are there herbals or dietary recommendations?

The health food store or whole foods has lots of products that can help.  I can't name them all I would look into grapefruit seed extract for the yeast. There are parasite cleanses available .  It never hurts to do one In fact I suggest to my clients to do a cleanse once a year for parasites. I don't know about the machine there are so many new things out there.  Jayne
