Alternative Medicine/infertility treatment

Question
Hello,

I have been  unsuccessfully trying to get pregnant for almost 2 years. I know the problem is on my side, because my husband  was recently tested and his results were normal. I've been reading about Chinese medicine and kidney and liver deficiency being the possible cause of fertility problems. I have most of the symptoms described : frequent urination, fatigue, cold feet and hands, irregular periods, lower back pain, etc. The suggested treatment was :changes in diet, taking herbal supplements and acupuncture. My question is what herbal supplements would you recommend and where are they available. Also can acupuncture really help?

Thank you

Answer
Hi Iwona,

Yes, Acupuncture can help along with Chinese herbs.  You may be suffering from weakness of the Kidney energy.  Herbs you may want are the one that is hot in property and nourishing of blood.  These herbs are available at a Chinese herbal shop or acupuncture clinic who carries herbal products.
