Question
Hi
My husband was having some health issues that included pains in his chest after eating fatty foods, bloating, gurgling noises, and pale stools.
I thought it sounded like his gallbladder.
He recently had a full checkup and the doctor said although it wasnt enlarged it would be good to cut back on fats.
He has done so for the last couple months and does feel a bit better but the issues havent completely resolved.
The only fats he eats in any quantity now is margerine-he slathers it over his toast and bread.I think he uses even more now to satisfy his 'fat tooth'.
I buy what I think it healthy margerine,(Becel),but if he cut this out totally would that help? What about low fat margerine?
Also, are there any supplements that would be helpfull? He used milk thistle back when he drank but he hardly drinks now and I dont know if it helped anyway.
What about Taurine?
Thanks!

Yes, but can not recommend any without exam and view of his complete labs
