Alternative Medicine/Vitamin B

Question
Hi
I recently discovered that I am gluten intolerant, as eating gluten free has helped with my bloating and digestion issues.
I started taking Vitamin B as it is recommended for us, because the condition does not allow vitamin b to be absorbed and we may be deficient.
Its only been a couple days but I feel so much better. I have even lost a pound and my belly is not so bloated.
I have discovered that some people take vitamin b12 or b6 shots or high oral doses.
I cant find which vitamin b is the one for this, and the best for gluten intolerants in general. Most sites say b12, some b6.  The drugstore has all the B vitamins individually.
Your comments and help appreciated.

Answer
Hi Bud,
I would suggest an all around vitamin B supplement such as B-Cmplex 50 which is higher in vitamin B than you gat in regular one a day vitamins. Bitamin B12 in high doses or injectable is used for people who are anemic or are specifically deficient in this vitamin. A simple blood test can determine this.
Thank you for using Allexperts
Sincerely,
