Question
A doctor told me I have PCOS because i fit 8 out of 10 traits. Now that i'm 38, my mid-section is really beginning to increase in size an i know i need a drastic change in diet. i just don't feel "right".

a.) are there vitamins specific to treating this disorder?
b.) are over-the-counter just as good as GNC or Melaleuca vitamins?
c.) which type of diet is best? Gleuten-free? Fat Flush for Life?
My head is swimming with reading up on this and I plan to see if you're on my insurance so that I can speak with you. Thanks!

Answer
First you have fatty liver, PCOS and severe magnesium deficiency so need a complete NutriGenomic evaluation like we do for our patients

a.) are there vitamins specific to treating this disorder?
Yes, but are determined by specific lab results and must be acompanined by the training to eliminae gluten, seeds, nuts, poultry and plant oil permanently

b.) are over-the-counter just as good as GNC or Melaleuca vitamins?
Yes, otc are generally better since the brands you mention have too many unnecessary ingredients that block the effective ingredients

c.) which type of diet is best?
Gleuten-free?
Yes, plus eliminate the items above to get plant oil free

Fat Flush for Life?
Generally worthless from our patients observations
